1.) Prices

 Prices are stated in euros. We are not taxpayers so prices are without tax. Prices and delivery dates apply on the day of the order and can change on a daily basis without notification. We are doing our best to keep correct and on-time informations, but there is a possibility that informations aren't fixed on time. In that case we offer our client the option to change an item or money return.

2.) Permanence data

To complete your order, we need your personal informations that are necessary for the fastest and undisturbed delivery. If you will provide us with birth information of your children you will receive additional benefits. Informations are well protected and we will keep them in secrecy and won't send to anyone.  Catalog collection of personal informations is prepared in the state supervisory body and published in the register of the collection of personal data. In case of a possible invasion of privacy, we don't take responsibility. With registration you agree that your information is used for market communication texts. In case you don't want to receive, you can  cancel that on our website

3.) Product return

In accordance with the provision of 43. article the law of consumer protection  (ZvPot), the consumer is privileged to resign from contract through email info@mybaby.siin 15 days from acceptance of the delivery without reasons of resignation. Nonpersonalized products can be returned within 15 days, if you are not satisfied with the product. The return date starts with the date of the delivered package.  You can return the product in this period on your postal charge. Products can't be used and must be sent back in the original package. All products that are damaged after the delivery and not returned in the original package will not be accepted. The provider is not obliged to accept the shipment with a ransom.

 Personalized products can't be returned or canceled in case if the product is in the production.   In case you received a damaged product during transportation, you have to complain to the deliverer and inform us on info@mybaby.si. In case you received the wrong product or product with a flaw, please send it back on the address given below:

Please give us your personal information when making a return (First and last name, telephone number, email, address).

We will send a new product within 30 days after receiving a complaint.

Personalized products can be returned if there is a flaw in material or on a sign. Product can be returned to earlier given address or you can send us a picture, from wich the flaw is evident. Please give a description to the given picture. You can send picture on info@mybaby.si

4.) Purchase return

If you are not satisfied with the product or if it's damaged, we will be more than happy to replace it with any product you want or we will return your money. We will return your money as soon as possible, at the latest 15 days from receiving the complaint. Please give us your transaction account for faster money return.

5.) Data, given on website

We reserve a right to change general requirements to and other informations on the website without further notice. We are doing our best for accurate data of informations. The informations can contain a flaw for which we are not responsible. Pictures are symbolic and do not provide product characteristics.

6.) Order validity

Buyer with successful orders agrees with terms of company. The buyer has the right to resign from a contract in 15 days. If the products can't be delivered or manufactured we are holding our rights to resign. If so, we will notify you.

8.) Solving consumer problems

In accordance with law norm we don't acknowledge any contractor out of court solving consumer problems that consumers could use with the law of out court solving consumer problems. Miha Peček s.p., as a provider of products and services provides an online shop in Slovenia on his website posts a link on the platform for solving consumer problems (SRPS). 10. Data protection law

Wich data we collect?

Miha Peček s.p. collects following personal informations for doing business: name and surname, address, place of residence, email, mobile number, password, and other informations that users put in the form on website www.mybaby.si.  Miha Peček s.p. is not responsible for accuracy of informations that users put in the form. For safety and provability site saves IP addresses. Every user gets a cookie when he visits the website for identification and to control the shopping bag. Miha Peček s.p. can save on users' computer other cookies such as indentification code (used for recognizing the user when he visits the site again) and cookies of system Google Analytics (Analyze of website). Cookies are saved on server storage only for time being on the website and are deleted after 1 hour of inactivity. Permanent cookies are stored for 3 years and after that they become inactive. 

Purpose and a way of processing of data 

With the use of www.mybaby.si users agree with policy and terms published on the website. In this place the user can regularly tracks changes of terms and policy of processing data.

Miha Peček s.p. as an operator of data can use this data for analyses for statistics. Data of users Miha Peček s.p. aren't going to be given to unauthorized persons. 

Login to e-news:

Users can log in to e-news that Miha Peček s.p. is informing them till their cancellation for receiving the news about the website and innovations. With sign up to e-news, the user registers on a list of users that receive news about privileges of www.mybaby.si. For log in to e-news Miha Peček s.p. collects the following informations: (email, IP, if user logs in as a registered user: (first and last name, address, telephone number, date of birth)).

The user is receiving news of www.mybaby.si till his cancellation. Users can click od log-off news anytime in order to stop the operator using his personal information for marketing. Request will be approved in 15 days of receiving the request stated in law. Users can request transfer data. Operator Upravljavec Miha Peček s.p. binds that he will protect data in accordance with the law.Miha Peček s.p. sends e-news through web application MailChimp.

User registration:

In online shop www.mybaby.si any individual can log in as a registered user. The content of the website is also available for unregistered users (guests). Registered users in the procedures of registration give requested informations. Every registered user gets his own username and password. The user is responsible to control his account by himself. Every user is responsible for the content that he types on info@mybaby.si. Final buyer on online shop info@mybaby.siis exclusively registered on unregistered user that buys products for his own need.

In case that the user registers than Miha Peček s.p. will use the user's informations till cancellation for improvements of the selling process.  Informations will be used also for marketing. Registration will help users with shopping and track past orders.  Company Miha Peček s.p. saves data till cancellation under Slovenian legislation. User can cancel at any time with mail sent to info@mybaby.si, or with click delete account. In case that user wants to delete user account he must give following informations in an email: Tittle of a message must be Cancellation of the user account; the content must contain name and surname of the user, address and email that user used when he registered on the website; message must be sent from email that user used when he registered on the website. 

Shopping as guest:

In case the user makes an order as a guest than company Miha Peček s.p. will use the information given by the user for the process of the order. Miha Peček s.p. as a taxpayer has in accordance with 86. article ZDDV provide storage for bills that refer to completed order made in Slovenia at least 10 years. Users can specific questions of company Miha Peček s.p. forwards through contact forms or emails are given on the website and with that trusts provider given informations. Infrmations will be used for solving users questions. Emails on the website aren't personal but business emails. So they are not connected to a person but forwarded in a way to be solved as fast and effectively as possible. With sent email, the user agrees to terms and conditions stated on the website info@mybaby.si

User rights: 

Users can ask at any time for an acquaintance of personal informations that the operator uses for the process of order, for limit, removal, correction, or data traffic. Any questions referring to the safety of personal informations on the website www.mybaby.si can be sent to info@mybaby.si.

Informations that user gives through forms on website www.mybaby.si or in any other way ( through email, telephone) are classified and treated in accordance with Slovenian legislation. Personal information will be protected by bo Miha Peček s.p.. Personal informations will be used only for the intention that users have agreed. Only authorized persons have access to personal informations of Miha Peček s.p.. with username and password. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal informations. He must take care of the safety of username and password.

Miha Peček s.p.  uses technology that keeps encrypted personal informations for transfers. Informations about a debit card that the user puts in are encrypted and transferred from the user's computer to authorization server Braintree.

Intercession of data to authorized partners:

Informations that user gives to the operator are classified. Miha Peček s.p.. doesn't pass informations to unauthorized persons. He can pass personal informations to trustworthy partners that are in accordance with legislation safe and secured. 

Informations are interested in:

- companies for processing data and informational services that assure operating website without disturbance and improvements;

- marketing agencies for remarketing ( in encrypted form);

- companies that provides undisturbed process of buying (Paypal, Braintree, delivery companies...);

- but to a certain extent, which is required for successful orders;

-authorized establishments if the law requires (court…).

All partners that have access to personal infromation are obligated to carefully treat them in accordance with European legislation.

With usage of website www.mybaby.si user agrees with terms and conditions published on the website. Here users can track possible changes of terms and a way of process personal informations.
