1.) HOW DO I PURCHASE?

Orders can be made any day of the year, 24 hours a day. Orders are accepted through the purchase at the online store www.mybaby.si or via e-mail info@mybaby.si. You must sign in to the online store with your username and password. The link to the application is located in the upper right corner of the page. If you are a new user, click on "open an account" where you will need to enter the required information (fields marked with * are required). If you are already a registered buyer, enter your e-mail address and password in the fields and click on “login”. Products can be selected from the categories listed. Within each category, there are subcategories to choose from. The products are presented with a basic and an additional description such as product name, product description, image, color, size, composition, maintenance and price. To order the product you want, simply click on the "Add to cart" button. For some products (T-shirts, bodysuits, caps, stickers), select the attribute fields (for example, color, size of the shirt or sticker, desired inscription, lettering color, font type, etc.) before adding them to the basket. The colors on the screen may actually deviate from the actual colors. The shopping cart stores all your selected products and shows you the quantity and price. You can change the number of products as you like by entering the number of products you want in the box. Pressing the "Convert Values" button calculates the total purchase value according to the changed quantity. You can also remove an individual product from the cart at any time by clicking on the basket icon / button located just to the right of each product. If you have also received a discount code, simply enter it in the "Discount code" box and click on the coupon. The discount is automatically calculated for you. When you are finished selecting items and you are sure you want to buy the items in your cart, click on the "complete purchase" button. 2.) CAN I ALWAYS RETURN PRODUCTS?

In accordance with the provisions of 43.c. Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to inform the company within fifteen days from the receipt of the goods that he / she withdraws from the contract by contacting info@mybaby.si without having to give a reason for his / her decision. You can return non-personalized products within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the product. The return date begins on the date of delivery of the package. You may return the Products within this period at your postage cost. Products must be unused and can only be returned in original packaging. All products that have been damaged after delivery and are not in the original packaging will not be replaced or refunded. The Bidder is not obliged to accept ransom items. 3.) HOW CAN I PAY THE PRODUCTS?

6.) WHAT ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING CLOTHES?

All bodies and shirts are made of 100% cotton. Body and T-shirts can be washed at 40 ° C in the washing machine. Goods are shrunk by 4-5% when washing, which we have already taken into account when designing models and they are large enough for your loved ones to do even after several washes. We advise you not to dry the clothes in the dryer as the clothes will shrink further and the color and the inscription on the clothing may be further damaged. We do not allow bleaching when washing, but we advise you to use mild detergents for intense colors, wash with clothes of similar colors and do not dry in direct sunlight.

7.) HOW DO I STICK A CAR STICKER?

You can affix the car sticker to the outside or inside of the car glass. Glue at temperatures above 10 ° C but not directly in the sun. However, the glass must be thoroughly cleaned with detergent and thoroughly dried. The label will be affixed to the transfer paper and protected with a transfer film. Place the sticker on the car glass so that the transfer sheet is on the inside. Fix the sticker with adhesive tape at the top. Carefully remove the transfer foil and slowly top-down the label and smooth it with a flat object (eg an old card, etc.). Finally, just remove the transfer paper.

8.) HOW TO HOLD A WALL STICKER?

The surface on which you want to attach the wall sticker must be clean and dry. If the surface is wet or dirty, the wall sticker will not grip the wall well. Make sure you thoroughly clean the area where you want to use your sticker with a dry cloth. The sticker consists of three layers: a layer of transparent film, in the middle is your motif, and behind is the supporting layer. Unfold the label on the table so that the backside is facing you. Wait until the label is slightly flattened. Use a plastic card to smooth the entire back surface to make it easier to glue later.

Before you start affixing the sticker, make sure that the position for the right fit is selected. Glue, meter and pencil can be used for marking - mark the upper edges on the wall. Peel off a few inches of the carrier layer from the top and back and lift it off. Paste the prepared sticker under the marked positions. Now slowly remove the backing layer, rubbing the card over the top layer at the same time - start at the top center and smooth towards the bottom and the outside of the label as evenly as possible. 4.) REFUND

III.) Delivery

Depending on your choice, the goods will be delivered to you by Pošta Slovenije or GLS - General Logistics Systems Slovenia, with which we have a contract. We ship products in the European Union and most other countries around the world.
